TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You, The Client, agree to hand over full care of your pet(s) to Skittering Pig for the period indicated in this agreement. During that time Skittering Pig will adhere to your care instructions as closely as possible and will inform you of any changes to your pet(s) care or welfare as soon as possible. Boarding is charged per day or part thereof, ie within our published open times.
The Client must provide Skittering Pig with the name and contact number of someone capable of making a decision relating to the pet(s) in an emergency. If the contact is not available Skittering Pig reserves the right to consult with a veterinary surgeon and then make a decision that is in the animals’ best interest.
Skittering Pig is registered with the Information Commissioners Office for data protection. By entering into the boarding agreement, you are consenting that your personal contact data can be held by Skittering Pig. We never share data except in an emergency with a recognised veterinarian. If you no longer require our services all data with be deleted from our records. You have the right to refuse us your personal details, but please note we ask for this information to enable us to contact you in an emergency regarding your pets’ health and wellbeing.
The Client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter of amount or how they are incurred, whilst your pet(s) is in the care of Skittering Pig. Skittering Pig will not be responsible for extra costs arising from complications after surgery, no matter how the costs are incurred.
Skittering Pig will care for your animal as closely to how you would as possible. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, Skittering Pig cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside the home whilst in our care.
